Anyway, both of those women, Liz and Stephanie, treated me as if I'm incompetent and do not have the ability to understand that I must spend above $150 for free shipping and above $25 for the free outfit when in fact I did and attempted to do both but it failed and I guess I'll just go with a different company since the people within this company choose to treat paying customers like they're idiots. I wasn't receiving free shipping above $150 so what was the point? I removed the other stuff and paid less. ![]() I then re-explained myself and that when I went above $150 that it never offered me free shipping so I removed the additional items bringing my total to less than $140. After going to other boutiques and seeing the outrageous prices, I knew a change was coming. Then she decided to bring up the previous encounter and explain to me how I didn't understand and must spend $150 minimum to get free shipping. Dash of Glitter came to life in 2012 when my husband and I found out we were pregnant with a little girl. They decided to help which I was thankful for. The second time I ordered I received an email that said I could get 1 free outfit once I spent $25 and that it would be a never seen mystery outfit so I picked 2 outfits for my daughter equalling about $42 which is $17 above $25. ![]() The woman was ugly to me and didn't even help me figure out where my items were. I was treated like a moron bec my final total that I did pay for was only $137 or something like that but I took several items off when I discovered that I would not receive the free shipping even at a total of $177. Misunderstood and mistreated by customer service twiceįirst time I reached out bec once you spend $150 your supposed to get free shipping and that didn't happen. ![]() Tell Us What You Think!
